The software your business needs doesn't exist yet.

But we can build it.

You tell us which parts of your business make you think, “there has to be a better way.” Then we design custom software that turns those inefficient processes into automated systems.

01 — Where to start

The biggest problems in your business are the ones you’ve gotten used to.

They’re hard to see from the inside. These questions help.

Tap the ones that sound like you.Pick any
Nothing tapped yet. Most owners find at least two.

02 — What changes

Most businesses do one job in five places.

A single job gets written down, typed in, texted, priced and billed, each in a different place, and someone has to carry it from one to the next. Pick the business closest to yours.

Three months of full-time work, every year, spent copying things from one place to another.

With one system, that time comes back to you, along with whatever you were paying someone else to do it.

Here’s an example of what’s possible.

The client portal and CRM are shown with sample data.

Harmony Financial

Insurance management software

Everything from the front door to the back office is connected, so a visitor can become a client without anything being typed twice.

  • The websiteExplains the agency and books calls.
  • A free calculatorAnyone can work out how much life insurance they need.
  • The client portalClients log in to see their policies and documents.
  • The partner portalReferral partners send clients over and follow their progress.
  • The CRMEvery household, policy, deal and follow-up, in one place.

We’ll walk you through how it all works on your systems review.

You can see where everything stands, any time.

04 — Pricing

One price to build it. One monthly plan to keep it running.

Step 1 · The build · paid once

Every build gets a fixed price in your Blueprint after your consultation. Most fall into one of three sizes:

Simple

Takes one chore off your plate.

For exampleA barbershop’s booking page. Clients book themselves, and reminders go out on their own.

from $750

For exampleA property manager’s system. Every tenant’s lease, payment history and messages in one place, with notices and leases sent out for signing from the same screen.

from $1,500

Full operation

Your customers log in too, from the front door to the back office.

For exampleLike the Harmony Financial example above: a website, a client portal and a partner portal, all running on the same system as the CRM.

What costs extra, on any plan

Your plan covers hosting, your web address and keeping it running. A few things you use cost extra: business email inboxes, text messages, e‑signatures, and any web addresses beyond the first ($1.25 a month each). We add them to your monthly bill at exactly what they cost us, and every one is listed in your Blueprint before you commit. Card payment fees come out of each payment, the way they do anywhere.

On every plan, everyone on your team gets their own login. You own the software, the code behind it and your data, and you can switch or cancel at any time. If a plan stops being paid, everything keeps running for 30 days. After that it’s paused, and paying the balance turns it right back on. At 90 days we send you a complete copy of your software and data before removing it from our servers.

05 — Questions

What owners ask before their systems review.

Tap a question to see the answer.

01

I don’t really know what I need. I just know something isn’t working.

Most owners start there. Tell us what happens now and what you wish happened instead, and we turn that into a Blueprint you can read and say yes or no to. You never need to know the technical name for anything.

02

Is my business too small for this?

Small businesses are most of who we work with. And if what you need already exists for less, we’ll tell you during your systems review and point you to it.

03

How long does it take?

Most systems take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on how much they do. Your Blueprint gives you a firm finish date before any work begins.

04

What if I don’t like what you build?

You see it working before you pay anything. In your free consultation we show you software we’ve built for a business like yours, with made-up information. Your Blueprint then gives you the fixed price before you commit. And while we build, you see each screen as we make it and tell us what to change.

05

Can I pay over time?

Yes. You can pay 50% down and the other half when it’s built, or monthly over 6 months on builds from $1,500. Paying all at once saves you 5%. You choose when you sign your Blueprint.

06

Will my team actually use it?

It’s built around how your team already works, in the words they already use, so there’s less to learn. When it’s ready, we walk your whole team through it, and everyone gets their own login. If something slows them down, tell us and we change it.

07

Is my data safe?

Everyone signs in with their own login, and only the people you add can see anything. Your records travel over encrypted connections, are stored with established hosting providers, and are backed up as part of your service plan. Your data is yours: we never sell it or share it.

08

Do I own it, and what if you ever close?

You own it: the software, the code behind it and your data. The service plan pays for us to host it and look after it. It runs on standard hosting accounts, nothing only we can use, so if you ever leave, or if we ever closed, it moves onto accounts of your own or to another developer and keeps running. You can ask for a complete copy at any time, free.
